User group members now have an active/inactive status in User Group management. This status also displays in the CSV export, as well, and should help make updating membership and acknowledgement assignments a bit easier to manage.

Hi @Carissa-Lyn Huang , user groups are mostly used for acknowledgement assignments and when users aredeactivated the assignments remain associated with the inactive account.If a user assigned an ack through their user group were to beremoved from the user group when deactivated, that would impact whichacknowledgements would remainassigned to the account.
